UK-2 is the first professional private training centre for dogs /dog school/ in Slovakia – focused on the training of all dog breeds.
In Slovakia there was no state dog school or institution after the year 1989. Therefore, in the year 1992, there originated an idea to help the close friends with the training of their dogs. The author of this idea was the founder of UK-2, who has been working in the field of cynology since 1973, especially engaged in the duty cynology as he was working as a police cynologist. This activity has met with positive acclaim of friends and their acquaintances, what made her growing in such a dimension, that it was necessary to engage full-time employees for the dogs training. This activity was gradually growing and expanding up to today’s dimension.
Nowadays UK-2 is not working in the civil sector only, but it is cooperating with the military forces of the Slovak Republic as well, e.g. the police, judicial guard, municipal police a.o.
